NPC Go Customers

Total Order Value	Shipping Rate
$450 or Less	$49 flat shipping rate
$451 or More	Free Shipping

NOTE: There are certain products that do not qualify for Flat Rate Shipping or Free Shipping. Please review your cart to verify if items are on the exception list or not. If so, please expect an adjusted shipping rate.

Shipping restrictions

GPO customers	No limitations within continental U.S.
All other customers	Limited to Middlesex County, NJ

Shipping Methods

GPO Orders are shipped from the nearest location via FedEx, UPS Ground, or Common Carrier
Non-GPO custoemrs are shipped via local carrier
Fuel surcharges are applied to all orders

LTL Shipments

All LTL shipments are scheduled to deliver between the hours of 8:00am - 3:00pm per industry standards.

Accessorial Fees

Notification prior to delivery	$25
Time-Specific Service	$75
Inside Delivery	$60
Time-Specific Service	$50-$150

Inside Delivery is intended for customers that do not have the equipment to unload shipments. Inside Delivery requests are limited to areas that are directly accessible to the unloading area and no more than 25 feet from the entry point of the designated doorway. Additional fees may apply.
